9.e) Res. 12-16-14-03 2015 Step Plan CITY OF SCANDIA RESOLUTION NO. 12-16-14-03 ADOPTION OF CITY OF SCANDIA 2015 STEP PLAN FOR NON-REPRESENTATED EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the City of Scandia adopted the Compensation Policy in Resolution 07-16- 13-03 on July 16, 2013; and WHEREAS, the Compensation Policy requires annual review to ensure the elements of the plan remain consistent with the City’s total compensation philosophy; and WHEREAS , a cost of living adjustment (COLA) of 1.5% has been deemed necessary to meet the goals of the Compensation Policy; and WHEREAS, the adopted budget includes modifications to the pay rates for Scandia city employees for 2015; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCANDIA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: that the City Council approves the attached Step Chart effective January 2015; and th Adopted by the Scandia City Council this 16 day of December, 2014.
