Proposal Details: Similar to previous years, staff is requesting the Council authorize staff (City Administrator and Public Works Director) to advertise and interview the applicants for the position with a recommendation on hiring coming to the Council in May. Last year we only had one applicant late in the year. Staff is proposing to raise the starting hourly wage for the seasonal employee. The position will terminate at the end of the ground’s maintenance season or 67 days.
