He typically attends an October or November PRC meeting, has all contact info with the teams • Event is one day, all day 7am to midnight • Break for fireworks at 7pm 2. Bolten and Menk do the snow sculpting contest. • Sign up is day -of the event, a waiver is required. • Judi Negus has detail info. • Adam can haul in snow as needed 3. Kubb - Jenna Mertes is main contact, she expressed interest in doing again in 2019. Teachers are Emily Stegmeir and Dominick Mancini. • Awards handed out at Vinterfest, same time as snow contest winners announced. • Dan has made buttons 13.
