To whom it may concern,
We would like to add onto a lake home at 12810182nd St in Marine on St. Croix. The
home is on Big Lake and is over 100' from the shoreline. However, we are approximately
81' from the high water (OHW) line. The OHW elevation is 942.2. The home sits at an
elevation of 961' which is 19' above the high water mark.
The objective is to add to the east side of the home, replace the existing deck and
enclose the space under the deck and enclose the space under the deck to form a
screened -in area. The home is positioned in such a manner as to take advantage of the
lake view. Adding to the east will allow the expanding family to enjoy the home and
enhance the view as well as adding value to the property. The project will not extend
any further toward the lake.
