NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2015
beginning at 5:45p.m. CDT to visit the site and gather information concerning the following
request that will come before the Commission at its June 2, 2015 regular meeting:
Variance to construct a deck closer to the Ordinary High Water Level of Big Marine Lake than
permitted by the Development Code
Location: 18997 Layton Ave

Conditional Use Permit to add on to existing buildings at the Am-Tec Designs business site
Location: 21080 Ozark Ct
Applicant: Connie Sutton
(on site approx.. 6:30pm)
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The Planning
Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14717 209th St. N.) at 5:45 p.m.
Interested citizens may meet at the Community Center at that same time and drive along with
commissioners. Owners and applicants are also invited to meet at the site.
