Engineering
• Preconstruction Meeting for Quinnell Ave N is scheduled for June 18' at City Hall. Early
discussions with the Contractor include a tentative start date the week of July 61h. The
work starting this week will not affect the Saint Croix Fat Cat Triathlon which is
scheduled for July 11tH
• Quotes were received for the Lilleskogen Parking Lot improvements separated from the
Quinnell Ave N street improvements on Thursday, June 11tH
• Bituminous Patching project was schedule to start the week of June Stn, however
weather incurred has moved the schedule to the week of June 15th
• Seal Coating project is anticipated to start after July 20th per the specified contract.
• Washington County/MnDOT Cooperative Agreement project for Lofton Ave & Hwy 97
Intersection Improvement has a bid opening scheduled for July 7, 2015, followed by the
project award, contact execution, preconstruction meeting, and anticipated
construction starting the first week of August. Construction is scheduled to be
completed approximately in 4 weeks.
