SCANDIA CITY COMMISSIONS o Planning commission voted to support funding to complete the Lilleskogen parking lot. o The Economic Development Commission voted to support the Lilleskogen park and butterfly garden and to provide funds. Lilleskogen is the gateway to Scandia, the entry. The appearance of the park makes a strong statement of the type of community Scandia is and what it values. This translates to the type of residents and businesses that are attracted to the area – or not.
