5. Public Comments - Smith Minor SubPublic Comments – Smith Minor Subdivision
My northerly neighbor (Marshall) is coming before the City of Scandia next week to subdivide his parcel.
I received a letter inviting me to join a call-in to learn more about it and I will not be able to join.
I am sending this letter to offer my support for Marshall’s request. I think he should be able to subdivide
his land.
