Subject: request by Jeff Holker for Variance at 12140 196th Street N.
Concerning the request by Jeff Holker for a variance from lake setback and side setback to build a residential structure.
We received a letter in the mail about this, and also spoke to Jeff Holker about his proposed new building in person.
The only request I have,. is that the existing easement / access to the lake (Big Marine), not be altered in any manner for
the building permit.
I would like to have it written as part of the building request / permit that the access remain as it is, and not be eligible
to be altered because there is a
house , dock or other building so close to the access property line.
Otherwise, I have no other issue with Jeffs request,
