I live just below the proposed winery at 20258 St. Croix Trail N.
Couple questions and a comment:
What are the proposed hours of public access?
Will there be limits as to number of vehicles and or people allowed access?
Will there be a barrier to my property besides the tall open fencing? Noise and or visibility?
Lastly, I as a property owner feel overlooked as to what is happening.
I learned by visit to city hall and questioned our clerk and received brief
information. About 5-6 weeks ago I did receive a notice referring to a sign proposal
with the planning committee. My understanding was the project was tabled for
further review. I did offer some comments at that meeting expressing my concern.
Within the last few weeks, the structure appeared.
Last week, a notice of CUP meeting. I wonder if this project was approved
when the land was acquired.
I am uncertain as to what this will do to my property value and our retirement home.
