DRAINAGE NOTE 1:
THERE IS AN EXISTING RAIN GARDEN IN THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF THE PARCEL. THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS BEING
REDUCED BY 288 SQUARE FEET. THE EXISTING GARAGE FLOOR
ELEVATION IS A LIMITING FACTOR FOR PROPOSED SITE GRADING.
THE PORTION OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY LYING EASTERLY OF
THE LINE LABELED DRAINAGE BREAK WILL DRAIN TO THE

DRAINAGE NOTE 2:
