The Minnesotan Cup is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our
employees, players and visitors. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, The
Minnesotan Cup has developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the
COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our
communities, and that requires full cooperation among our employees and participants. Only
through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of all
persons visiting The Minnesotan.
The COVID-19 Preparedness Plan is administered by Corey Roberts, who maintains the overall
authority and responsibility for the plan.
The Minnesotan Cup has reviewed and incorporated the industry guidance applicable to our
business provided by the state of Minnesota for the development of this plan, including the
following industry guidance for sports practice/game guidance for adults. Other conditions and
circumstances included in the industry guidance and addressed in the plan that are specific to
our business include:
●All activities to take place outdoors.
●Face coverings required for all workers and visitors.
●Face coverings required for players approved by MN Hockey.
●Social distancing at 6’ or more to be enforced by mgmt.
●Sanitation dispensers located on site.
●All tournament participants and workers to be screened for covid-19 at entrance
and body temperature will be documented.
●Individuals with a body temp of 100.4 or greater will be sent home.
●All player registration will be completed online.
●Visitor/spectator count will be limited to______
