encumber the real property surveyed hereon, contain errors or need to be
increased in area to meet current design standards. The final plat document
has been drafted based on vacation of the existing easements.

WETLAND BUFFER NOTES:
A wetland buffer plan is depicted on this minor subdivision.
A wetland exists easterly of and abutting the Ordinary High Water line of Fish
