NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Sunday, February 28, 2021
beginning at 3:00 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its March 2, 2021 regular meeting:
• Variance to alter an existing nonconforming structure
Site Visit Location: 12970 236th Street North
Applicants: Amanda and Michael Westberg
On site at 3:00 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
