The property owner must demonstrate that there is adequate space available on the parcel for a primary and secondary septic system that meet Washington County SSTS ordinance requirements outside the area proposed for the garage. Commented [KC1]: It is recommended that this clarification change is made to make the ordinance text consistent with the original legislative intent. It is recommended that the Planning Commission address accessory buildings as adjacent lots as part of the code update process due the complexity of applicability based on neighborhood and zoning district. Changes to * are denoted in red. Removed original text has a strikeout through it.
