Good Afternoon,
I live just below the Winery, East of the facility. My objection to further development of the facility is
primarily due to added noise and vastly increased traffic in the area. I have seen an increase of both
areas with the current level of activity since the Winery was opened.
I had stated this is a commercial move and was told by the City it was strictly agricultural and in accord
with current laws. The planning commission told me change was hard and they understood my
concerns. Well here we are.
There appears to be very little concern given to the local homeowner when considering negative impact
to enjoyment of property, values, scenic views, and wildlife. This is in conflict with the Scandia
Comprehensive Plan.
