Staub Cabin Demolition Notes:
All items described as removed must also be disposed of off site unless it is possible to donate for recyclingwhich
is preferred when possible.
1. Remove wall finishes, mechanicals and studs.
2. Remove wall finishes, insulation, and mechanicals to studs.
3. Remove wood rail.
4. Remove vanity, sink and faucet.
5. Remove toilet and retain for re -install.
6. Remove patio door and make ready for new door.
7. Remove cabinets and mechanicals.
8. Remove door, side -light and jamb.
9. Remove door and jamb.
10. Remove sheet fiber material between rafter to the under side of the roof sheathing.
11. Remove wall finishes, insulation, and mechanicals.
12. Remove floor materials to the floor sheathing. Repair or replace floor sheathing if required.
13. Remove floor materials completely to expose floor joists and crawlspace. Verify crawlspace condition. of
required, excavate by hand the crawlspace to an extent necessary to insulate and seal the floor and
perimeter of the crawlspace.
