NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 4, 2021
beginning at 6:15 p.m. to visit the sites and gather information concerning the following
requests that will come before the Commission at its May 4, 2021 regular meeting:
• Variances to construct a detached garage
Site Visit Location: 13260 182nd Street North
Applicants: Daniel and Melissa Potter
On site at 6:15 p.m.
• Variances to construct a detached garage
Site Visit Location: 12620 181st Street North
Applicant: Forrest and Natalie Melcher
On site at 6:30 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit locations. Owners, applicants and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
