NOTES:
1. Reuse existing Tanks: 1st Tank - 1,500-gallons (split compartment) and Pump Tank - 1,000-gallons (single
compartment).
2. Existing Tanks must be certified by licensed Maintainer (Pumper) or Inspector to be water-tight and structurally
sound.
3. Existing At-Grade Rock bed and Soil Cover must be removed. Handle all contaminated soil as sewage and
hazardous waste.
4. Prepare soil below mound absorption area carefully throughout 20' x 30' Soil Absorption Area. Be careful not to
compact soil during deconstruction of At-Grade.
5. Time-Dosing Control Panel will be used to control flow to a maximum of 210-gallons per day and measure usage
daily.
6. A High-Level Alarm will be activated if household uses more that 210-gallons is a 24-hour period.
7. A small retaining wall may be necessary to allow access to door of Garage. Discuss options and costs with
homeowners.
8. The existing Sewer and Pump Supply Lines must be inspected if either is reused.
9. Northwest end of mound berm calculation extends beyond small deck to south of the house. Installer must
discuss options to blend berm or build retaining wall beyond the absorption are to keep soil cover from impacting
deck.
