equipment to better understand vehicle use, repair, and replacement indexes to assist
in planning for future equipment requests and justifications.
The Public Works department will be requesting the replacement of the John Deere
6410/Flail mower that has become increasingly expensive and lengthy to repair and
keep operational. Mowing of our shoulders, ditches, and intersection sight lines has
fallen behind with the tractor under repair for the last month at a dealership. Concern for
public safety has grown along of our roadways especially North of Scandia Trail.
