I am writing to extend my support for the cabin work the Conley’s are hoping to undertake along the St.
Croix River, on 197th St.
As a property owner down there and one who is very familiar with the approval process to do work in
the River valley, I feel confident that the Conley’s will follow guidelines and build according to the
regulations. In addition, I have faith in the process and know that the steps the Conley’s take with NPS,
the watershed district, Scandia, etc. ensure that the building would be constructed in a way that meets
or exceeds guidelines.
I am hopeful the Conleys will be allowed to re-build their cabin and in doing so, benefit the River valley.
