PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE AGENDA
Monday, February 7, 2022, 7:00 p.m.

In accordance with Minnesota Statute Sections 12.29 and 13D.021, the City has issued a modification to its temporary public health
emergency declaration on December 21, 2021. As a result, all city meetings will be temporarily conducted remotely via Zoom interactive
television or telephone due to recent increases in Covid -19 viral transmission rates and public health concerns related to the potential risks of the
Omicron variant of virus.
The public may continue to attend City meetings in person, but memb ers of the City Council, and its Commissions and Committees
will participate remotely via Zoom for the duration of this temporary preventive measure. The large hall at the Community Center will remain
open at meeting times so that the public may view and interact in public meetings. In person attendees are strongly encouraged to observe social
distancing guidelines and to wear masks.
When possible, the City strongly encourages the public to also participate remotely via Zoom with a computer or phone or to observe
the meeting via the City’s Boxcast Channel online. Instructions on joining meetings virtually or by phone can be found at the bottom of this
agenda.

1. Call to Order 7:00 p.m.
2. Public Forum - Any member of the public may address the Committee about an item not
on the agenda at this time. Each person will be allotted 3 minutes to speak. The
Committee will receive information but not take formal action on any item not on the
agenda. Items may be referred to staff or to a future meeting for further consideration.
