NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Sunday, February 6, 2022
beginning at 3:00 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its February 8, 2022 regular meeting:
• Variance from the 200-foot right-of-way setback requirement to construct an Accessory
Dwelling Unit
Site Visit Location: 21450 Pomroy Avenue North.

On site at 3:00 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
