To whom it may concern,
This is in regard to the Rodjo's variance request. We, the Zunigas being their next door neighbors are not
opposed to them placing the Settler's Cabin on their property.
In fact, we encourage this because we feel it brings a sense of their heritage and ours back into Scandia.
We realize they would like to paint the cabin a similar color as the traditional Swedish log farmhouse
cabin and we are fine with this.
We love the thought of refurbishing such a treasure.
