To Whom it may concern:
I am writing to you regarding the proposed Bethany Center for Prayer and Renewal.
I have reviewed the letter and map provided by Scandia Township and have put together the following
concerns:
- The proposed development does not fit the established character of a rural area and is
considered out of context for the area
- The proposed development results in a substantial impact in privacy of the surrounding
property owners.
- The proposed development would have an unknown effect on the pristine local environment
and watershed area.
- The proposed development would have a substantial impact on existing rural roadways and
local traffic.
- The proposed development is a non-profit organization, would they be tax exempt as well?
