2.The bearings for this survey are based on the Washington County Coordinate System NAD 83 (1986 Adjust).
3.Benchmark: MnDOT Lilly (GSID Sta. 103250). A metal rod located at the southeast corner of Scandia Trail North
(County Road NO. 97) and Newberry Avenue North. Elevation = 1008.72 (NGVD 29)
Site Benchmark: A cast iron monument located approximately 66 feet west of the southwesterly shore line of Fish
Lake, as shown hereon. Elevation = 958.43 (NGVD 29)
