Re: Project Priorities
Background:
At the last meeting, it was requested that the committee begin working on a list of projects they
would like to see accomplished. The list could in turn be shared with potential Eagle Scouts, Friends
of Scandia Parks and Trail, Lions and others.
Issue:
What projects are priorities for the committee?
Proposal Details:
Chair Zauner provided the following list of suggestions:
Lilleskogen:
Picnic shelter
Entrance Sign
Wayne Erickson Ball Park:
Paint or reside concession stand.
Larger bleachers behind homeplate with cement slab under it.
Scoreboard (lighted scoreboard already approved for Zach Boesel, expected completion: 2014)
Pavilion
Mise:
Sign for T -Ball field
Sign for ball field behind Community Center
Fiscal Impact:
Assumes projects are donated at this point in time. Projects should be evaluated for ongoing
maintenance costs.
