QUORUM OF CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION MAY BE PRESENT
The Scandia City Council and Planning Commission have been invited by the Solar Farm Operator
to attend an educational site visit to the Solar Farm located at 23703 Oldfield Avenue beginning
at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

In compliance with open meeting law, notice is given that a possible quorum of the Scandia City
Council and Planning Commission may be present. No discussion of the business of the Scandia
City Council and Planning Commission will take place and no action will be taken at this event.
The public is invited to attend, but please contact the office at 651 433-2274 prior to the date so
that a count of attendees can be provided to the Solar Farm Operator.
