We propose to preform the fotlowing:
• Resurface two 120x60 acrylic tennis court including the following:
° Power clean and scrape entire surface
• Treat court for molcl using a environmentally friendly solution spray.
• Repair approximately 956 feet of structural cracks(note: cracks will reflect)
° Patch and repair low aceas known as bird baths
° Apply(2)coat of acrylic court resurfacer.
° Apply two coats of acrylic tennis court paint with sand.
° Paint 2"white U.S.T.A lines.

Pre-Lien Notice
a. Any person or company supplying labor or materials for diis improvement to your peoperty
may file a lien against your pcoperty if that person or company is not paid for the
contributions.
b. Under Minnesota law,you ha�e the right to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for
this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price,or withhoid the
amounts due them from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement unless we give you
a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied any labor or material for the improvement and who gave you
timely notice.

This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days. Any alteration or
deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon
written order (minimum change order cost is $100.00), and will become an extra charge
over and above the proposal price. All agreements are contingent upon accidents, or
delays beyond our control. ,
