Re: Materials for Discussion at June 6 Committee Meeting
Enclosed are materials for discussion at your upcoming meeting:
• Final Draft of the Trail Plan—the Committee should review the document and make any
recommendations for changes before it is forwarded to the City Council for their June 21
meeting.
• Capital Improvement Program(CIP)Update—the Committee should review the parks
projects currently included in the CIP and determine if you want to make recommendations
for changes. The Capital Improvements Committee has meetings scheduled for June 9 and
June 15 (Mike White is your representative to that Committee.)
• Lilleskogen Park,Parking Lot Plans&Estimates—two alternative plans and cost
estimates prepared by SRF are enclosed.
• Subdivision Regulations and Park Dedication—Apri127,2011 mema This memo was
