Write and issue press release two weeks before with photos from 2021.

Ask Midco for 350 meals.
Start at 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Have 100 burgers made by 5:15 pm but not put in buns.
Provide 2 Parks volunteers to help assemble boxes to go.
Add picnic tables to the park.
Add a cookie to meal.
Have a Parks volunteer take meal ticket before meal pick up.
300 meals but only 204 voted!
Story Contest
Post three weeks before.
Specify to write a fictional story.
Post prize and post every week.
Have Fire Dept. bring PA system.
Have 3 parks volunteers passing out voting tokens.
Have Midco bring their Midco Flags to Lilleskogen Park
Have Midco bring another table to the park for extra bags.
Move tables over to the right so there is more room for burger line.
Set up an Award Ceremony to give the teacher a giant check.
Notify Press about event.
Farmer’s Market
Make bags in the color RED.
Ask Midco for 350 Bags.
Post about bags 4 weeks in advance and post every week.
Set up IAC booth next to Midco again.
Order 150 ice cream bars for booth and keep in two coolers, one in the shade.
Ask for a shady spot at the market or bring an umbrella for ice cream bar coolers.
Have big sign on Midco table about Story contest and picnic.
Also advertise Taco Daze with flyers in bags.
