�I. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS SPRING/SUMMER 2010

Recently, some of the local ball teams made requests of the Scandia Parks and �
� Recreation Committee to assist with some upgrading/improvements to the lighted ball �

field. This is a matter that we have discussed before, and would like to get some
� improvements under way we propose potentially two (2) phases of work all to be
completed by Taco Daze. We are proposing the following work to be completed in
Phase 1 and prior to June 1 , 2010:
i� 1. Removal of old appliances, non-working refrigerator and microwave
; that are currently in the concession stand to take place on May 1, 2010
(Scandia Heavy Metal day $25.00 disposal fee for each appliance);
2. Sheetrock, taping and finishing of inside of concession stand;
3. Painting the inside of concession stand and outside trim; and
� 4. Miscellaneous outdoor bulbs for light fixture on concession stand and
� bins for storage of lime (chalk) ball equipment.

� We have volunteers lined up for May 1 to remove the appliances (Park Board
� members Matt R. and Sally S. We have a professional who is volunteering to sheetrock
and tape the inside of the concession stand. Members of the men's fastpitch team will
paint the inside and the outside trim.
