Subject: MSA/PRC Joint Meeting and Survey Review
MSA has contacted the City in regards to the survey and opportunity to have a joint meeting
with the PRC. Below is the correspondence received. Please review the survey through the link
provided in the email and come prepared with any suggested changes or additions the
Committee would like to see in the survey which can then be ready and prepared for a
potential joint meeting in August.

We’ve made the initial requested edits to the survey and that can be review by the
Committee at their convenience. The link for the survey is:
The next meeting we have scoped is Task 3.3 and includes meeting online with the
Committee to review the survey and discuss promoting the survey, review the profile of
prospective park users, and review our quantitative analysis.
Overall, I think we would be easy for us to join the agenda of a regularly scheduled
meeting of the committee. We could be ready for August 1st (1st Monday of the Month)
meeting if that would work for the Committee?
