4. Approval of P&R Committee Minutes of February 5, 2007.
5. Approval of New P&R Committee Bylaws.
6. Distribution of Duties and Functions of P&R Committee as approved by
City Council on February 20, 2007.
7. Discussion of Public Hearing on "Lilleskogen" Park abandonment of 1 St
Street and 3rd. Ave. and update of City Council meeting of Feb. 2pt''
8. Designation of P&R Committee members who will sit on the new City of
Scandia, Comprehensive Plan Committee, and Capital Improvements
Committee.
9. Implementation of Public Hearings on new Parks and Trails as presented
in the Scandia Comprehensive Park, Trails, Open Space and Recreation
Plan.
10. Discussion of Summer Recreation as presented by Marty McKelvey,
(Marty, plans on presenting her plans for this summer after 8:00 p.m. I, will
discontinue any other discussions when Mary arrives so we may hear her
report).

11. Old Business: determine new date for Lilleskogen bond fire. Karen
Schik will update the Committee on Wind in the Pines Park, and Trust For
Public Lands and Open Space.
12. Any additions to next months Agenda that members particularly want
addressed.
