NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 6, 2022
beginning at 6:00 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its September 6, 2022 regular meeting:
• Variance from the Development Code requirements to remove and rebuild a seasonal
cabin within required setback areas
Site Visit Location: 16963 197th Street North
Applicant: Kris Berggren & Ben Olk
On site at 6:00 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public.
The Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location; however, the Planning
Commission Chair will be at the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 209th Street
North) at 5:45 p.m. for anyone who would like to carpool to the site. Owners, applicants and
interested parties are also invited to meet at the sites.
