Hello. I am writing in support of the variance request for the above referenced property which belongs to Kris Berggren
and Ben Olk. I think it makes sense for the city to grant the variance so that the property owners can maintain the
property's safety and habitability, while keeping the scenic nature of the river and neighborhood in mind, which the
proposed changes do. The homeowners have taken a responsible approach to the renovations, and I hope the city will
grant the necessary variances.
