NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 2022
beginning at 6:00 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its October 4, 2022 regular meeting:
• Variances from setback requirements for a detached garage and for an addition onto an
existing structure
Site Visit Location: 16940 197th Street North
Applicant: Melinda Maher
On site at 6:00 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public.
The Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants and
interested parties are also invited to meet at the site.
