BBGP-21-0023-FY21: Scandia Project
Dear Ms. Wolf:
I am pleased to inform you that on the basis of staff review of the final reimbursement request, the final reports, and
the close-out call conducted by Karrie Jansen of OBD-DEED Staff for the above-cited project file, we are changing
the status of this project from "awarded" to "closed, project accepted." W ith this change in status, no further
reporting on project performance is required for this project.
Please keep all grant file records for this project for six years from the date of this close out letter. Our records
indicate that the state’s final electronic funds transfer for this grant was on July 21, 2022. Retention of these files is a
requirement in the event of a legislative or state audit. This requirement is a component of the project g rant contract.
Thank you so much for you and your organization’s work to improve your community and to provide economic
opportunity for all Minnesotans through continued broadband investments. We look forward to continued
partnerships with your organization in the years ahead to provide future broadband improvements.
Sincerely,
Diane Wells
