NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2022
beginning at 5:30 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its November 1, 2022 regular meeting:
• Variances to construct a single-family dwelling on a nonconforming lot, with portions of
the house and septic tanks located within wetland setbacks.
Site Visit Location: 18558 Langly Avenue North

On site at 5:30 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location; however, the Planning Commission
Chair will be at the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 209th Street North) at 5:15
p.m. for anyone who would like to carpool to the site. Owners, applicants and interested parties
are also invited to meet at the site.
