The applicant needs to submit documents that have been recorded at the County that prove the 66 foot road
right-of-way along Maxwill Ave N has been recorded.
Applicant should also show the 66 foot right-of-way to their southern boundary line.
Proposed drainage & utility easements on northern portion of the parcel that are adjacent to Maxwill Ave N
should be labeled as 10 feet in width on the survey.
10 foot drainage & utility easement should be obtained on both the west and east side of the roadway as shown
in the area with the redlines.
