NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Sunday, November 12, 2017
beginning at 2:50 p.m. CDT to visit the sites and gather information concerning the following
requests that will come before the Commission at its November 14, 2017 regular meeting:
• Minor Subdivision called Sonnen Addition
Location: 20205 Oxboro Lane North
Applicant: Nancy Sonnen
(on site approximately 3:00 p.m.)
• Interim Use Permit for a Commercial Kennel
Location: 21775 Manning Trail North
Applicant: Patricia Nielsen Wilkie
(on site approximately 3:30 p.m.)
• Variances for Construction of a Single-Family Dwelling
Location: 18605 Langly Court North
Applicants: Michael Laumann of Michael Paul Home Design & Build, on behalf of
property owners Bob & Jane Martsching
(on site approximately 4:00 p.m.)
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking lot (14727 209th St.
N.) at 2:50 p.m. Owners and applicants are also invited to meet at the site.
