The Planning Commission discussed adding an optional concept plan review for conditional use
permits to the Development Code at its meeting in August.
The draft Code amendment attached reflects the discussion, and has added an option for a
concept plan review to the Conditional Use Permit section of the Code. It includes:
A list of required and option items for the concept plan
Options for review by the Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, and/or City
Council
The Planning Commission should review the proposed amendment for discussion and a future
public hearing.
