8. Discussion on MnDOT Landscape Partnership Phase 2

Re: MNDOT Landscape Partnership project
Todd Carroll inquired about whether the City wanted him to start looking at a Phase 2 for the
Landscape Partnership. If so, he could start to work on getting a project number started and looking at
right of way for a location. To get started he would need to know is where do we want to do a phase 2.
In the discussion regarding the initial project that was completed in 2018, the EDA’s consensus
that the southeast and southwest corners of MN 97 and Olinda were the highest priorities
followed by the southeast corner of MN 97 and Oakhill, MN 95/97 and MN 97 / Manning.
Following this report are maps that show the other locations discussed in 2017.
