CITY OF SCANDIA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-01
RESOLUTION TO CHANGE AUTORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR THE
EDA BANK ACCOUNTS AND RELATED CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City of Scandia EDA has funds held by Security State Bank of Marine; and
WHEREAS, the authorized persons listed for the City of Scandia EDA accounts required
updating based on the election of officers and appointment of a new Executive Director/City
Administrator; and
WHEREAS, the following persons are hereby authorized to sign/execute the terms and
conditions as outlined in the letter of instruction and in the Bank’s Entity Authorization and
Account Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCANDIA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does designate the
above as authorized signatories for the City of Scandia for 2020:
