On behalf of the members of the Lower St. Croix Policy Committee, we are pleased to submit the Draft
Lower St. Croix Comprehensive Watershed Plan for 60-day review to LGUs in Washington County.
The Policy Committee invites all recipients of this notice to submit comments on the plan by June 3rd,
2020.
