The purpose of this survey is to fulfill certain requirements set forth by the City of
Scandia for a variance application relative to a proposed agricultural building. This
survey is not a comprehensive boundary survey, but rather a vehicle for mapping a
suitable building location along with other requested information. Records at
Washington County indicate possible deed overlaps and gaps in the immediate
surrounding area. Azimuths and distances, Lin less otherwise qualified, are of record on
Trustee's Deed, Document No. 4035569. The southerly line of the subject parcel,
depicted as a "boundary line", has been surveyed and coincides with the recorded plat
ReHka.,r Fawr. of EKDAHL ESTATES. Lines shown as "deed lines" are for reference purposes only
revm ri, T1141 '"4 and no attempt was made to locate possible gaps, overlaps and encroachments. Some
4 of the deed calls do not match section subdivision. Landmark Surveying, Inc. does not
have legally qualified staffto locate wetlands. The probable wetland location shown
hereon may or may not be accurate and other wetland locations may or may not exist.
