Subject: Rural Event Center proposal
To the City Council and Mayor:
As a property owner that borders Rustic Roots we are ABSOLUTELY against this proposal. It’s ridiculous
the city is even considering making a amendment to the 2040 Future Land Comprehensive Plan.
We moved to Scandia to enjoy a rural community not to border a “rural event center”.
The Sandagers keep wanting more and more the winery should have never been allowed special
permitting from the beginning.
The Sandagers have NO RESPECT for the neighboring property owners , constant noise from equipment,
people and now they’ve installed public path that runs right up to fence line on neighboring property
borders.
I would like more involvement please including me all future meetings regard this proposal
