NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, July 6, 2021
beginning at 6:30 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its July 6, 2021 regular meeting:
• Variance to install a new septic system located within required setbacks
Site Visit Location: 21529 St. Croix Trail North
Applicants: Mark and Dawn McGinley
On site at 6:30 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
** Access to the property is a ¾-mile gravel private drive across from the barn on State Highway
95, going down to 5 homes on the river. The subject property is on the right, just past the railroad
tracks. It is a tight driveway and little parking so if anyone feels comfortable carpooling, please
do so.
