To the Scandia Planning and Commissioning Committee:
We, Richard and Elizabeth (Betsy) Sandstrom are against the variance request that we were notified
about which will be discussed Tuesday evening the 7"� of September. Besides the reasons that are
outlined in the attached letter from our attorney, we do not want to have anyone build within the 20 ft..
setback of our property line at any time.
In regards to the Variance Rationale fetter dated 07/07/2021 that was provided by the applicants, we
would like to note that Et is our opinion that the leiter contains rnis#eading informa:10n.
