Hello Sarah!
I hope this email finds you doing very well. As I alluded to in our earlier emails, I am excited
to officially let you know that we're bringing back the Ice Sculpture Exploration in
partnership with MN Ice for one long weekend between Friday, Feb. 18 - Monday, Feb.
21 (Presidents' Day weekend)! We would love for the opportunity to partner with you and the
community you represent in Scandia to bring one (or more!) sculptures to your area for the
second installment of this experience.
Our hope is to build upon last year's successes, with even more time to plan, market, and sell
tickets. Additionally, we plan to identify strategic areas throughout the greater Twin Cities
metro where individuals can get their Treasure Maps after the shipping window has closed to
make widespread distribution that much more accessible.
For your convenience, we've created a digital version of this year's 2022 Partnership
Packet. That can be viewed and downloaded by CLICKING HERE.
This packet includes overview information about the event, as well as some background on
GetKnit Events and MN Ice, details of last year's reach and the scope for this year, an
overview of available packages, some new "experiential" packages, and some fun new add-on
options. Two big things to note -- first off, as you'll see we've created even more packages to
better fit the needs and hopes of our partners. Those include a bigger range of sizes and
types of sculpture packages as well as those "experiential" packages I alluded to. Secondly, as
you'll see - pricing of these packages has increased over last year, but in an effort to express
our gratitude for your partnership on the inaugural installation of this event we are offering
you grandfathered pricing from last year. Those discounts range from a $250 discount on the
small package, $500 discount on the medium and a $750 discount on the large. If, for
example, you did a small package last year, but this year wanted to do a large one - we would
honor 2021 pricing for you. Additionally, if you opt for one of the new packages - we will
offer a discount based upon the value of the package. After all, we don't want you to feel
limited by what you did in the past. To take advantage of this grandfathered pricing, we just
ask that you commit within 3 weeks of today so that we can best prepare for this year's
exploration.
